Day 1 - Arrive Hamburg
Day 2- Hamburg Bus Charter Tour and Harbor CruiseAfter your rich breakfast you explore one of Europe’s largest ports with a bustour around the Inner Alster river to enjoy Hamburg’s skyline and numerous church spires, the splendid City Hall and its historic quarter, the landing stage of Jungfernstieg and much more. – Later you will participate in one of Hamburg’s famous harbor cruises. – In the evening you are invited for dinner in St. Pauli, the city’s amusement district where many restaurants, bars and dance-halls line the illuminated “Reeperbahn”. Day 3 - Bus Service Hamburg - Copenhagen
Day 4 - Copenhagen Bus TourAfter breakfast you go on a sightseeing tour of Denmark’s capital and visit Rosenborg Slot, its former royal residence, the famous amusement park Tivoli Gardens and have a beer at the famous Carlsberg Brewery. Take you time to shop or browse around before your bus takes you a few miles north to the beautiful Castle Frederiksborg, right amid a lake and a admirable garden to visit its National History Museum. – In the evening you are invited to a real Danish Smorgasbord dinner. Day 5 - Copenhagen - Kalmar Bus TransferToday your route takes you to Sweden. You cross by ferry the Oresund to Helsingborg, past heavily forested regions, blooming meadows to its East cost, encounter the flourishing glass industry area of Sweden and the ancient walled city of Kalmar for overnight. An orientation bus-charter-tour will show the imposing fortress on the opposite Island Oeland, one of Sweden’s most beautiful castles with its beginnings of the 12th century. You return to your hotel for freshen up and dinner.
Day 6 - Bus Route Kalmar - Stockholm
Day 7 - Stockholm Bus-TourAfter breakfast, a sightseeing tour of Stockholm spread to a number of adjacent islands is waiting for you. You will see Stockholms Royal Opera House and its crowned City Hall and the ancient church Riddarholm to see some of the State Rooms. – A side trip will take you to Skansen where you travel back in time at an Open Air Museum that shows a variety of old farm houses, lovely churches and craftsmen’s workshops as used centuries ago. With wonderful impressions of the Swedish History you return to the hotel for dinner. (B & D/OV)
Day 8 - Bus Transfer: Stockholm - KarlstadYou depart Stockholm, where the nobel prize banquets are held and travel further west heading to Orebro. You pass traditional farms and continue to Karlstad on lake Vaenern, Sweden’s largest lake and you destination for dinner and overnight. (B & D/OV)
Day 9 - Bustour Karlstad - Oslo
Day 10 - Oslo Bus TourToday you explore Oslo, lying in a remarkable setting at the end of a large fjord surrounded by forested hills and steep slopes. Explore its international-known Ski Jump where an elevator takes you up for a magnificent view over the whole city. Following, our tour leads to the King’s Palace, the National Gallery and to Oslo´s Parliament building. After a break you will be visiting Oslo’s Cathedral of the 17th century and the Vigeland Park with a display of over 200 monumental sculptures, unique in the world! – The rest of the day is at your disposal. You can spend it at the lively district of the city’s quays for example. (B & D/OV)
Day 11 - Bus-Excursion to Peninsula BygdøyAfter your breakfast a most interesting excursion waits for you starting with a bustour by way of the Renaissance castle Akershus Festning to the peninsula of BYGDØY where you visit its famous Norsk Folkemuseum, an outdoor exhibit showing reconstructed wooden buildings and farms from the Middle Ages documenting the development of rural architecture. – The next highlight is the Kon-Tiki Museum that illustrates the voyages of Thor Heyderdahl, who attempted to discover the routes followed by ancient civilizations. – In the afternoon you return to the Oslo and spend the rest of the day as you like. – Your farewell dinner tonight is a festive ocassion with wine, local norwegian music and entertainment and in addition a valuable gift is presented to each member of Tour. Day 12 - The last Day of the TourFollowing a hearty breakfast this morning your charter-bus takes you to the airport of Oslo. Here ends your unforgettable package tour of Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Your driver bids farewell before your flight takes off back home. (B)
